PRFKT ADS runs on a server you control. Your leads, emails, keys and money records stay there. This copy is operated by you.
Where your data lives. Everything the app stores (businesses it found, emails, replies, deals, settings, API keys) is kept in a database on your own server. Keys and passwords are encrypted there. Nothing is sent to PRFKT_BYTE, the makers of PRFKT ADS.
What leaves your server, and why.
Support reports. When something breaks, a short report (the error, where it happened, the app version and system type, the last few events) is emailed to Joseph@willisnmb.com through your own connected mailbox so it can be fixed. Keys, passwords, lead data and email contents are never included. Turn this off in Settings → Help → Problems.
Prospects' data. The app collects only public business information and respects opt-outs: every email has an unsubscribe link, replies of "no" suppress the contact permanently, and the suppression list is honoured for ever. If a prospect asks what you hold about them, export it from Settings and delete it from the lead.
Your phone. The iPhone and Android apps store only your server address and your sign-in token on the device. They contain no analytics or ads.
Use at your own risk. PRFKT ADS is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It sends email on your behalf, creates payment links and can install software on servers you give it; you are responsible for what it does under your accounts.
Your accounts. API keys, mailboxes and payment accounts you connect are yours and governed by those providers' terms and costs.
Licence. PRFKT ADS is proprietary software of WillisNMB, LLC, licensed, not sold. You may run it under a current plan (including the trial) for your own business. You may not copy, resell, host it for others or reverse-engineer it. The components it uses are open source under their own licenses, listed under Licenses.
Changes. The software and these terms can change with new versions; the version you run is shown under About.
